- Full china and linen upgrades are available for an additional fee. However, included in the price is complete disposable service; clear plastic disposable plates & cups, clear plastic cutlery, and disposable napkins.
- Service Fees are 22.9% for buffet and 26.9% for served/plated meals.
- Plated meals are served as a "duet" with 2 entrees on the plate with a starch and a vegetable. A substitution plate is included to accommodate those with dietary restrictions. Select Entree (up to 3) Plated Meal service is available on a very limited bases. Please inquire if this style service is desired.
- Buffets are priced with a plated salad to be served to your guests. This creates a better flow for the event and presents elements of a served meal.
