Emerie joined Elite Catering as an Event Director in 2024, with her first major event being the Gala of Hope. She thrives on the dynamic and exciting challenges that come with each event, especially when working through unique situations alongside her team. Outside of work, Emerie is passionate about golf, reading, and enjoying live music. A lifelong Disney fan, she loves traveling to the parks, attending concerts, and spending quality time with her family. Her favorite moments at weddings are always the first dances, and when it comes to our food, she can’t resist fresh fruit tarts, gouda mac-n-cheese, and braised beef short ribs. A true people person, Emerie is known for her warmth and approachability, making her a standout member of our team.
Zabrina joined Elite in 2014, starting as a server before becoming Event Manager in 2016 and Event Director in 2018. She’s passionate about training new Event Directors, creating unforgettable events and loves selling Scentsy, cooking, and planning her next tropical vacation! When she’s not working, she’s cheering on her daughter, spending time with family and friends or binge watching a good show. Zabrina’s favorite part of an event is watching couples share their first dance—pure joy and excitement! She thrives on the supportive, family-like atmosphere at Elite and loves the creativity of food stations, especially the Mac-n-Cheese Bar. Her teammates admire her organization and efficiency, always ensuring every detail is flawless.
Ariell joined our team of Event Directors in March of 2022. Her first event, a wedding at the Grande Hall, sparked her love for event planning, and she hasn’t looked back since! Her superpower is that everywhere she goes, she either already has a friend or is ready to make one! Her specialty is in the details; she loves chatting with her clients about all the minutiae that goes into making events memorable. While every service style is fun to do, Stations Menus are definitely her favorite, and when it comes to our menu, one item that she can’t resist is our Twice Baked Potatoes. Her favorite part of being on our team is how we all work together to help each other grow and be successful. Outside of the office, you can find her outside in her garden or caring for her senior pup. While she doesn’t have a favorite vacation spot just yet, she and her husband are enjoying the process of finding it!
Rachel joined Elite Catering in October 2016 as a server, then made her way up to Event Manager and now serves as our Staffing Director and HR. With her infectious bubbly personality and boundless energy, she lights up every room she enters. Outside of work, Rachel loves spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter Kenzie, whether they’re swimming or just hanging out. Rachel’s favorite part of her job is working alongside our incredible team, and she truly believes that teamwork is the heart of every successful event. Rachel’s go-to menu items are our famous gouda mac-n-cheese and our award-winning braised beef short ribs, and she loves plated service because it allows us to personally connect with each guest.
