All menus and prices include a salad of your choice, a starch, two vegetables, warm crusty breads & dinner rolls, butter, and infused olive oil. Complimentary coffee, ice tea, and water are also included.

Full china and linen upgrades are available for an additional fee. However, included in the price is complete disposable service; clear plastic disposable plates & cups, clear plastic cutlery, and disposable napkins.

Plated meals are served as a "duet" with 2 entrees on the plate with a starch and a vegetable. A substitution plate is included to accommodate those with dietary restrictions. Select Entree (up to 3) Plated Meal service is available on a very limited basis. Please inquire if this style of service is desired. Additional staffing fees will apply to plated meal service.
Buffets are priced with a plated salad to be served to your guests. This creates a better flow for the event and presents elements of a served meal.
