We’ve made holiday entertaining Easy!

There are now TWO great ways that you can be the ‘hostess with the mostest’ this holiday season whether you are hosting a large holiday party or just want to gift your employees or top clients a fab-yule-ous holiday meal.

Holiday Party Planning: If you’re planning a large holiday party (100 guests or more) you can use our Holiday Entertaining Guide to walk you through everything from our favorite holiday dishes to decor ideas. Your Elite Event Director will then help you finalize your menu and event details.

Elite To Go: This is perfect for organizations or companies wishing to gift their employees, top donors, or best clients a holiday meal for two. Elite to Go does have a minimum order of 25 dinners and has specific order cut off dates and delivery windows. You can learn more below.

Elite Catering’s Holiday menu and Entertaining Guide

Food and festivities go hand in hand during the holiday season, and we have curated a truly one-of-a-kind Fall & Holiday Menu designed to be flavorful and fashionably festive!

We are firm believers that catering is not just about amazing food; it’s also about crafting memorable experiences. Which is why your favorite holiday helpers at Elite Catering & Events, have not only created delectable dishes, but have also paired those dishes with tablescape and decor ideas to help make holiday entertaining easier than ever before.

From menu selection to decor, our team of highly trained Event Specialists will have everything taken care of for you so that you can enjoy your event to the fullest.

 
 

Elite to go

Your favorite holiday helpers at Elite Catering have taken care of holiday gifting for you! Our Elite To Go menu is perfect for showing your employees, best clients, or top donors that you appreciate them. We have even taken care of pretty packaging for you!

Here’s How it Works:

  1. Select 25 or more Dinners for Two

  2. Add on Starters or Desserts (can only be done with meal orders not a la carte)

  3. Place your Elite To Go order by the order cut off dates shown below.

  4. Orders can then be picked up at our Moraine office during your order pickup dates or we can arrange delivery (additional delivery fees may apply).

 

Ordering & Delivery Dates:

Place your order by December 1st to get delivery/pickup December 7-9th

Place your order by December 8th to get delivery/pickup December 14-15th

Place your order by December 15th to get delivery/pickup December 21st

Orders may be picked up at our 2700 E. River Road location or we can arrange delivery to your office or another central location. If you are wishing to have meals individually shipped to each recipient, we use Rush Transportation and additional shipping fees will apply.

Please note that packing design may vary due to supply chain issues. However, we promise to use similar packaging so your gift is beautiful!

Dinners are already prepped and ready for you to warm and enjoy!

  • Filet Dinner - 2 Hand Cut Beef Filets with Horseradish Cream Sauce, Mashed Red Skin Potatoes, Glazed Baby Carrots, Fresh Green Beans, Rolls and Butter. $57

  • Braised Beef Short Ribs Dinner - Braised Boneless Short Ribs with Peppercorn Cream Sauce, Mashed Red Skin Potatoes, Glazed Baby Carrots, Fresh Green Beans, Rolls and Butter $52

  • Winter Chicken Dinner - Harvest Chicken over Wild Rice Pilaf with Apple Brandy Sauce, Mashed Red Skin Potatoes, Glazed Baby Carrots, Fresh Green Beans, Rolls and Butter $46

  • Eggplant Stacker - Eggplant Stackers of Goat Cheese and Pesto with Pomodoro Sauce, Mashed Red Skin Potatoes, Glazed Baby Carrots, Fresh Green Beans, Rolls and Butter $42

Please note: There is an order minimum of 25 dinners that can be a combination of any of the four dinners above. Example: 10 Filet Dinners, 10 Braised Beef Short Ribs & 5 Eggplant Stackers.
